DESCRIPTION:Join our newest book club\, the Golden Leaves Book Club\, run by Shaunty McMillin\, owner of Golden Leaf Books here in Waterford. This is a book club focused on fantasy and romantasy reads. Light refreshments will be provided. No registration necessary. We will be discussing Golden Son & Morning Star (books 2 & 3 in the Red Rising series) by Pierce Brown on April 20th from 6-7. Limited copies are available for pickup at the Waterford Public Library during the month of April.  \nThe Red Rising series by Pierce Brown is a popular science fiction saga that begins with a trilogy: Red Rising\, Golden Son\, and Morning Star. It follows Darrow\, a “Red” from Mars\, who infiltrates the ruling Gold class to lead a revolution against a color-coded\, caste-based society.  \n
