SUMMARY:Bird Migration
DESCRIPTION:Join us for informational talk on bird migration\, presented by Carol Quantock from the Audubon Society of the Capital Region.\nAll are welcome to attend and registration is appreciated\, but not required.\n\nCarol Quantock is a local environmental advocate and native plant gardener. She has been an active birder for almost 50 years\, and is the editor of the Audubon Society of the Capital Region’s newsletter\, Wingbeats as well as the organization’s Vice President. Her interest and passion for birding evolved from extensive real-time experience. That experience was enhanced greatly when she took an ornithology course at SUNY Albany\, where she became immersed in “all things bird.” Carol is also a Cornell Cooperative Extension (Saratoga County) Master Gardener\, earning her certificate in May of 2021.
