DIY Deluxe Edition

Transform an ordinary book into a deluxe edition worthy of your bookshelf! Using vibrant alcohol inks and vinyl decals, you’ll create stunning decorative page edges inspired by today’s popular special edition books. Whether you choose a spooky motif, celestial design, or a bold solid color, you’ll leave with a beautifully customized book that’s uniquely yours.

Participants must bring their own book to customize. Please be aware that the book will be permanently altered as part of this craft. While every effort will be made to ensure a successful project, the Waterford Public Library is not responsible for any damage that may occur. Please choose your book accordingly. Alcohol inks will stain clothing so no flowing sleeves please.

This beginner-friendly craft is open to participants ages 18 and up. Registration is required and opens 30 days before the program. You may register below or by calling the library. If you register and later find that you are unable to attend, please call the library to cancel so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.
